The apocalypse has thrown mankind back into an uncivilised era. Some futuristic technology still exists but the knowledge and resources to utilise it are rapidly diminishing.

Individuals struggling to survive have tried to improve their chances by forming tribes with those whose ideologies are most comparable with their own.
